whats the diference between a

axe

sword

hammer

i cant decide wich to use, especialy becouse i dont know the diference.

Sword max damage is 11-22
Axe is 8-28
Hammers are 6-35 (not 100% sure on this)

Axe and swords have the same speed and hammers are slower.

most of the max dmg axes are two handed...meaning you can't carry a shield or a scroll or anything with you.

im not sure who told you that but all axes are 1 handed. ALL OF THEM !!!

Well that's a lot of misinformation for one thread!

Max damages:

Sword: 15-22
Axe: 6-28
Hammer: 19-35

Overall the damage on the three weapons is pretty comparable, after swing speeds and critical hits are taken into account. All swords and axes are one handed, hammers are two handed.

Which weapon you want to use really comes down to the skills. Look over the skill lists for the 3 weapons, find the one with the skills you like the most, and take that one.

Not that its needed at this point but I concur that all axes are 1 handed, just though that another voice might eliminate any doubts.

I think axes and swords do about the same damage output. Their skills are quite different though, for the most part at least.

Hammers on the other hand disallow you to use a shield but generally do more damage. (The swing speeds aren't that much different). However I think the sword and axe skills can easily make up for the deficet in damage. Lots of +damage skills for both the adreneline and mana side of each.
